Symview - Call Management Software
Symview requires very little training to enable the compilation of visually attractive and meaningful call reports in a matter of seconds.
Symview allows easy analysis of your call data, with in-built graph and reporting functions that have been specially designed to help you identify the communication patterns and trends within your business and share this information with anyone within your company network.
It allows you to set up email alarms if activity on your account exceeds your own instantly variable parameters. If you wish, even more up to date information about your account is available on the internet by PIN number, giving you even more flexibility. Separate DDI/Cost Centre billing is also possible.

The bills will arrive on disk each month and can then be loaded into the SymView software in order to be analysed and reported by call record or graphical means.
Reports can be done using a number of filters. These are based upon the fields below:
- Date of call in dd/mm/yy format
- Start time of call in 24 hour format
- Duration of call in hh:mm:ss
- The telephone number of the originating phone line
- The destination of the call
- The actual number dialled
- The cost of the call
- Call type (voice, data, freephone (0800), Local Rate (0845), and National Rate (0870)
This filtering option allows you to sort the data for reports and graphs. This is useful for a variety of business functions, for example:
- Checking the effort on an export sales campaign by viewing all calls made to a particular country during a specific period
- Monitoring individual departmental telecoms spend
- Monitoring the rationale for overtime payments viewing all the calls made outside business hours
- If you are a 'multi-site customer' view all calls made from one or more particular site(s)
Many variations of filters can be applied. Filters can be saved then reloaded and reapplied at a later date, either to the same data, the next month's data or several months data simultaneously.
