UK Telecom would like to invite you to have a free survey of your existing equipment and provide you with an alternative quote for maintenance. Once we have carried out a full maintenance acceptance test we can look after and maintain your system as if it were our own.
Covering the whole of the UK and 99% of telecom system models, each engineer understands our customers differing communications needs, from a basic "2 lines/4 extensions" system to a complete digital solution encompassing office telephony, computer telephony integration, voice over IP, call centre working, ISDN, mobile, DECT, and Internet services.
The productive potential of the extensive sophisticated features of the telephone system can only be realised if your staff know how to use them. This is why we provide a Technical Help Desk to answer any queries that may arise and to ensure all your staff are conversant with the system.
Maintenance Level’s
- Mon – Friday 8 hour response excluding bank holidays and weekends
- Mon – Friday 4 hour response between 8 – 5pm excluding bank holidays and weekends
- Mon – Saturday, 4 hour response excluding bank holidays
- 24/7, 8 hour response including bank holidays
How it works
All faults are logged through out specialist call logging facility. Once a call is logged a trained advisor then will rectify this either over the phone, at network level, remote access or arrange for an engineer to go to site. Our quality control procedure requires us to call you every 60 minutes with an update.
