Line Rental Savings

We are pleased to offer a fully integrated service with BT billing through BT Wholesale.

Historically, a customer will receive a monthly statement from UK Telecom and another separate bill from BT for BT costs ie; Line Rental costs every quarter.

We now have the ability to provide one integrated bill every month which includes BT charges. Existing customers that are already on this service have found that it saves time and money on administration and provides even more of a “one point of contact” service from UK Telecom.

The main benefit of this service is the ability to reduce costs on BT’s fixed line rental charges. This extra saving starts at 10% and can be up to 20% per month dependant upon the number of lines in use. This is available for all analogue, ISDN2e and ISDN30 users.

Another benefit from BT integration is that, in instances where a customer would contact BT directly to report faults, add new lines or select services (Call Barring etc.), we can now deal with BT general enquiries as part of our normal customer service duties. This creates more of a one stop solution from UK Telecom and again saves time.

This has proved to be a very popular service with our existing client base. Due to BT’s billing patterns and the popularity of the service, it can take from as little as a week to 3 months to set up.
