This product requires a working France Telecom line. This means that in the event your Broadband fails you can still receive and make calls. This product is not suitable for "Ligne Residence Secondaire".
Please note that if your Broadband fails you will lose incoming and outgoing Telephone calls as this service routes your calls over your Broadband and a minimum 2MB speed is essential for reliability.
Please be aware that the degroup test must send information to various providers to test the eligibility of the line. The website does not save any of your details, however some providers may do this and you may well receive unsolicited sales calls as a result. If you do not wish to sign up to these companies for services you must hang up. Never give out any personal information, not even your name and especially not any bank details as these companies will not hesitate to sign you up to a contract over the phone,. This could result in signing up unknowingly into a long term contract you don’t want.
